Role Overview:

Driven individual skilled in Digital Marketing optimisation and outbound sales, focused on SMB customers of a Fortune 500 company. Individual with strong business acumen who understands and enjoys working in a results driven environment. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert on the tools and technologies for digital marketing campaign optimization,
  • Analysing campaign performance and formulating optimization strategies to improve,
  • Presenting optimization proposals to client accounts and discussing benefits of such,
  • Identifying ROI opportunities for client accounts as key business driver,
  • Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities on client accounts,
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements,
  • Ensuring a constant high level of quality support, and
  • Responsibility for meeting weekly and monthly targets.

This is a warm lead sales role; where Consultative skills are used to enhance services already adopted by advertisers. We are looking for Digital Marketing enthusiasts that are passionate about optimising campaigns and maximising return on investment for new accounts. This team will be responsible for contacting assigned leads and putting forward solutions which the customers can leverage to optimise their campaigns. The account optimisers will have the right tools and information to support the preparation and guide the discussion with the customers. Agents will learn in-depth the skills and product knowledge that it takes to become an expert in online advertising.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in marketing, technology or sales type environments.
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media, specifically AdWords,
  • Fluency in English AND Dutch
  • Professional customer service skills: ability to solution, desire to assist others,
  • Enjoy resolving customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve how they use our solutions,
  • Focus on SMB customer satisfaction by driving the right product adoption for the right customers.
